A restorative class from home?

Dear Reader,

As I am stepping back from teaching in person in the studio at The Vinyasa People, I’ve been thinking about creating an online restorative class.

Something simple and grounding. A space to slow down, move gently, rest, breathe, and reconnect with yourself without needing to “perform wellness” or even leave home, accessible for everybody - yogi or not.

More nervous system support than fitness. More presence than productivity.

Before I create anything, I’d genuinely love to know if this is something people would actually want or need right now.

If you have a minute, I made a short survey here:

Your answers would really help shape the format, timing, and feeling of the class.

As always thank you for being here.

Warmly,

Leo
