A free 30 minute guided rest practice on Zoom

January often asks too much, too quickly.

This short live session is an invitation to begin the year more slowly and honestly.

We’ll spend 30 minutes in guided rest, using breath, simple awareness and stillness to support the nervous system and help the body settle.

The practice is based in Savasana and doesn’t require any experience with yoga or meditation.

You don’t need flexibility, special equipment or a quiet mind. You just need a place to lie down, some cushions and a blanket and a willingness to pause.
